Learn more at www.averydennison.com . 职位描述: ABOUT YOUR ROLE: 产品数据专员Product data Specialist是保障生产体系精准运转的关键岗位，在生产流程的幕后，产品主数据维护和管理。以精确无误的物料清单管理，为每一个生产环节筑牢坚实基础，确保生产流程如精密齿轮般高效、稳定地运行，助力企业在市场竞争中脱颖而出。 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: 产品主数据维护和管理：和组员一起负责 ERP 系统内原材料、半成品、成品等 Item Master 的数据日常维护和管理；严格执行及合规政策，确保主数据在生产、采购、仓储环节的一致性唯一性。 BOM 的维护和管控：按SOP执行BOM的新建与变更，确保 BOM 结构（层级、配比）精准反映生产实际。 参与中国Odyssey项目MDM中Item Master（产品主数据）模块的相关工作 数据审计与异常监控：定期对海量 BOM 数据进行逻辑校验与差异排查，迅速响应并解决系统运行中的数据异常。 业务洞察与报表：负责 Item Master 及相关主数据的周期性报表分析，通过数据可视化监控数据，解决潜在的数据问题。 培训和审核： 参与并协助部门开展针对生产、技术、采购等部门的 BOM/Item Master 业务培训；参与内外部流程审核。 定期总结工作，并提出改善建议。 完成上级分配的其他任务。 职位要求: 核心技能: Excel 进阶的使用者，熟练操作数据池的数据透视、数据整理，数据清洗等功能。 沟通协作：具备良好的沟通能力，能与生产、研发及项目组紧密配合，快速闭环处理异常数据。 经验背景：有主数据 (MDM) 或 BOM 管理背景(专业或经验），有能力对接软件应用和AI的模块。具备Oracle或大型 ERP 系统操作经验优先。 交付能力：对数据保持高度的敏感度和敬畏心，在海量申请面前追求“零”差错。能适应系统上线高峰期的工作节奏，抗压和平衡。 学历及语言： 本科及以上学历，英语听说读写流利（需在英文系统环境下操作及阅读项目文档，以及适当跨文化交流）。 其他信息: AVERY DENNISON IS AN EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY PROVIDER.
