Expedition Operator Almere, FL, Netherlands Company Description: Job Description: About the role The Expedition employee (Operator) is responsible for the logistics and shipping processes within our production environment. You will ensure that finished goods are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched to our global customers on time. This role is vital in maintaining the flow of materials and ensuring that our high-quality products reach their destination safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage the dispatch of finished goods by accurately picking, unloading, packing, and loading orders according to customer specifications. Picking, unloading, and loading machines and spare parts. Coordinate with the production and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery schedules are met. Prepare shipping documentation and labels to ensure compliance with transport and export regulations. Safely operate warehouse equipment and maintain an organized workspace following 5S standards. Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to the logistics supervisor. Qualifications: Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or a warehouse environment is preferred. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail when handling orders and documentation. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with other team members and departments. Basic computer literacy for entering shipping data and tracking inventory. Good command of English (spoken and written). Physically capable of performing warehouse duties, including moving cartons and sealing pallets.
