Key Responsibilities - Create a wide range of technical content including product guides, code samples, tutorials, demos, blogs, and design specs. - Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, digestible documentation for different audiences (developers, stakeholders, end users). - Lead pilots to experiment with content types and formats to improve product adoption. - Define and support the content strategy across SGTS and GCC initiatives. - Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to align messaging and documentation. - Continuously improve and refresh existing documentation for accuracy and usability. - Stay up to date with industry trends and bring in content best practices.
