About the Role We are seeking an experienced Windows and Virtualization Support Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Windows server and virtualization environments. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including VMware, CyberArk, and AWS, while contributing to critical infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Windows server and virtualization environments. - Manage and optimize VMware infrastructure, including vSphere, vCenter, and related technologies. - Oversee the administration of Critical Infrastructure systems , ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements. - Develop and implement automation strategies using tools such as Ansible and PowerShell scripting. - Manage and maintain identity and access management solutions , including CyberArk. - Lead the migration of on-premises workloads to AWS cloud environments. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and procedures. - Participate in on-call rotations and provide
