About this role

VP, FP&A Jersey City, NJ, United States About the Position As VP, Global FP&A, you will be a strategic finance leader and operating partner to the CFO, CEO, and Executive Leadership Team, responsible for company-wide planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support as we scale a multi-product, multi-region SaaS business. You will translate operational performance into financial outcomes, establish an executive-ready KPI operating cadence, and elevate resource allocation decisions to maximize durable growth and capital efficiency. You will lead analysis to define financial objectives and KPIs that drive accountability and performance for our cross-functional, matrixed organization across multiple regions, product lines, and go-to-market motions. You will also support strategic initiatives related to M&A, investments, and optimization. This role is for someone who is highly motivated to transform and lead a global FP&A function and dynamic team that will enable our growth aspirations beyond $1B revenue. Key Responsibilities - Serve as a core strategic advisor to the CFO and executive team, influencing decisions on growth, investment tradeoffs, operating leverage, and long-range value creation. - In partnership with the executive team, establish a strategic roadmap and growth targets for all business lines and geographies, including KPIs to drive business performance - Lead the long-range plan (LRP), translating strategy into measurable financial targets, investment guardrails, and capacity plans. - Deliver clear executive narratives on performance and outlook; present insights and recommendations to the CEO, CFO, and Board. - Own the Annual Operating Plan, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling across all regions and functions.
