As a Technical Associate , you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our project management team. This program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the various aspects of our operations while also giving you the opportunity to contribute to our ongoing projects. Responsibilities: - Support and participate in the planning, execution, and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, focusing on learning the core aspects of project management. - Assist in the development and implementation of product support strategies. - Assist in coordinating and managing project tasks and deliverables under the guidance of senior project managers. - Utilizing your knowledge of our software to deliver effective resolutions and answers to customer issues and inquiries under supervision. - Participate in team meetings and provide input on possible improvements to products and processes. - Offers insights and suggestions that contribute to the team's objectives, under the mentorship of more experienced colleagues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progression. - Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budget. - Monitor and track project performance and report any issues to the project manager.
