Salesforce Developer Overview We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team and support government and enterprise customers in their digital transformation journey. You will be responsible for the customization, extension, and integration of Salesforce, delivering solutions tailored to customer-specific requirements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules. If you're passionate about solving real-world problems through scalable Salesforce solutions and have strong hands-on development skills, we'd love to hear from you. Experience & Skills Required Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with customers, business analysts, and architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs - Develop custom Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow - Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules - Implement Salesforce integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or third-party connectors - Lead and mentor junior Salesforce developers on coding standards, design patterns, and troubleshooting - Participate
