The role will be client‑facing , working directly with one of AvePoint's clients. We are seeking a Modern Work Engineer to join our client's Delivery team and design, implement, and optimize collaboration, communication, and meeting solutions across Microsoft 365. This includes Microsoft Teams, Teams Voice, and Teams Rooms, ensuring seamless communication experiences across digital and physical workspaces. You will implement Microsoft 365 workloads including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and related services, while collaborating with project managers, strategists, and clients to ensure successful delivery outcomes. This role directly contributes to our client's Microsoft Solutions Partner designation in Modern Work, supporting skilling, customer success, and performance metrics aligned to Microsoft partner requirements. Key Responsibilities Collaboration, Communication & Meetings - Implement Microsoft Teams for chat, collaboration, and meetings. - Design and configure Teams Phone (Voice) solutions including: - Auto attendants and call queues - Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Calling Plans - PSTN connectivity and call flow design - Implement and configure Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) environments: - Room accounts, policies, and device provisioning - Integration with conferencing hardware and meeting spaces - Optimize meeting and collaboration experiences across Teams. - Align solutions to Microsoft best practices and reference architectures.
