Engineering Manager Jersey City, NJ, United States About the Role AvePoint is looking for a technical, hands-on Engineering Manager to join Web and GTM Operations and manage our Engineering function. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to operations leadership and executives, defining a north-star GTM architecture and translating business objectives into a prioritized technical roadmap while partnering closely with Growth, Website, and Business Operations to engineer a modern, high-performing GTM motion and website infrastructure across the entire customer journey. You will be responsible for turning strategy into scalable, automated execution by owning roadmap delivery, technical design, and cross-functional alignment across marketing, data, and revenue systems. You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, drive SCRUM delivery rigor, and own the reliability, security, and modernization of our GTM tech stack, web platform, and data infrastructure. You must be deeply focused on data, experimentation, and leveraging AI to unlock new levels of efficiency and growth while confidently challenging the status quo to build a world-class GTM engine. This role owns three mission-critical areas: GTM infrastructure, data foundations, and AI-driven automation, requiring strong engineering judgment, stakeholder leadership, and the ability to drive delivery from concept to deployment.
