We are looking for a Senior Staff Product Designer to join as the design lead for our Customer Experience team, reporting directly to the Head of Design. This is a player/coach role. You will carry significant IC responsibility while directly managing one Product Designer who is focused on load planning and exception management. Your mandate is the end-to-end customer journey that makes autonomous freight a reality. You will design the suite of tools used by trucking and logistics companies to activate and manage daily operations for a fleet of self-driving trucks. While autonomous technology is genuinely new territory for our customers, your job is to design experiences that feel familiar, intuitive, and integrated into their existing ecosystems. This isn't a SaaS dashboard exercise.
