ABOUT ATUM WORKS We are building the world's first scalable 3D lithography foundry: technology that could fundamentally change how advanced computing systems are built and the material basis of our world. The world is changed by small groups of unusually capable people working on an ambitious problem together. We are looking for the next core team member that will redefine advanced packaging and shape the trajectory of Atum Works. POSITION SUMMARY As our Founding Talent Lead, you will take full ownership of recruiting for Atum's critical technical and operational functions. Partnering directly with our founders and hiring leads, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing the elite builders and engineers who will define our future. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where your influence extends far beyond mere headcount; you are essential to building our foundation. You will excel at discovering unusually capable individuals who aren't actively seeking new roles, leveraging sophisticated outreach and deep relationship-building to bring them into our mission. As the primary face of Atum, you will craft the first impressions that translate our ambitious vision to world-class talent.
