We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and help us scale Atlys' growth by driving data-driven and creative marketing campaigns across digital channels. The Job: - Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid acquisition channels. - Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, reduce CAC, and increase customer acquisition. - Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, messaging, and targeting to drive better conversion rates. - Work closely with design and content teams to create high-performing ad assets. - Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and continuously refine strategy. - Scale marketing efforts by identifying and testing new acquisition channels. - Own the budget allocation across channels, ensuring efficient spending for maximum growth. - Collaborate with product and growth teams to improve conversion funnels and user journeys.
