Head of Growth Marketing Palo Alto, California, United States About Astrocade Astrocade is a UGC gaming platform where anyone can turn an idea into a playable, shareable game in days, not months. Think YouTube, but for games. We've grown to more than 20 million users within just a few months of launch, and we're only getting started. Backed by Sequoia, NVIDIA, and Google, Astrocade was founded by Amir Sadeghian (Stanford PhD), Ali Sadeghian (Ex-Google Research), and Fei-Fei Li (Godmother of AI). We're building the infrastructure for a new era of interactive entertainment. About the Role We're building a two-sided platform: creators who make games, and players who discover and play them. Growth touches both sides. As Head of Growth Marketing, you'll own the strategy and execution that drives both creator acquisition and player growth - from paid media and SEO to PR and social. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You won't manage a team on day one, but you'll build one. The person who excels here sees the full funnel, moves fast, and knows which levers actually matter. Heavy use of agentic tools to automate most of the work is necessary for this role. This is a hands-on IC role with a clear path to more ownership as we scale.
