Radiation Effects Engineer As a Radiation Effects Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the electrical survivability of our spacecraft by analyzing, designing, and testing robust electronic systems. This position requires hands-on experience in circuit design, component validation, and mitigating radiation effects for harsh aerospace environments. Role - Support the electrical architecture and design of fault-tolerant systems optimized for radiation environments - Actively participate in core electrical design, schematic capture, PCB layout reviews, hardware bring-up, and laboratory testing - Coordinate and execute electrical radiation testing campaigns to upscreen COTS and automotive-grade components - Develop fault-tolerant systems & operations into the spacecraft by working closely with the rest of the team - Assist in recruiting and hiring additional
