Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today's five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician to support manufacturing and assembly operations. This role is responsible for executing production processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow standardized procedures while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Perform assembly, integration, and basic testing of mechanical and/or electronic components. • Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and production documentation accurately. • Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as required. • Inspect components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. • Identify and report non-conformances or process deviations. • Maintain accurate production records and documentation. • Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce defects. • Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures. • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with workplace standards.
