Operator Barcelona, Spain AST SpaceMobile is building the first and only global cellular broadband network in space to operate directly with standard, unmodified mobile devices based on our extensive IP and patent portfolio and designed for both commercial and government applications. Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today's five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected. Position Overview We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Clean Room Operator to join our manufacturing team in Gavà-Barcelona. The successful candidate will support the assembly, handling, inspection, and integration of electronic and mechanical components in a controlled clean room environment, following strict quality and ESD procedures to support AST SpaceMobile's advanced satellite communication technology programs. Key Responsibilities: • Perform assembly, handling, inspection, and integration of electronic and mechanical components in a clean room environment. • Follow ESD, clean room, and quality procedures at all times. • Execute manufacturing tasks according to work instructions, technical documentation, and production schedules. • Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards. • Maintain accurate production and traceability records using tablets and digital systems. • Handle sensitive components and materials with extreme care and attention to detail. • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, safety, and manufacturing processes. • Collaborate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and other production team members. • Maintain clean and organized workstations according to 5S and clean room standards. • Report non-conformities, process deviations,
