Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today's five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected. Position Overview We are seeking a Planning and Procurement Administrative Specialist to support the Production and Planning departments by ensuring the availability of materials required to meet the manufacturing plan. This role will be responsible for managing purchase requests, monitoring orders, controlling stock levels, and maintaining accurate material data within the ERP system. Key Responsibilities: • Generate and manage purchase requisitions based on production needs • Follow up on open orders with the Purchasing department and suppliers to ensure timely delivery • Monitor stock levels and coverage of critical materials • Review material requirements derived from the production plan • Maintain and update logistical and procurement parameters in the ERP system • Provide administrative support in the preparation and tracking of production orders • Review and maintain material data within Bills of Materials (BOM) • Verify item references, descriptions, units of measure, and other master data • Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to ensure data consistency in the ERP • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to material data quality • Prepare
