About this role
Director of Marketing Austin, Texas, United States Assembly, a rapidly growing seed-stage meal kit and virtual event company, is hiring a Director of Marketing that will collaborate across all levels of the company's executive, sales, customer experience, and product teams to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan leveraging a full suite of internal and external resources. Reporting to the CRO, this individual will be responsible for helping to drive the top-of-funnel investment pipeline by attracting, engaging, and converting customers in Assembly businesses. The Director of Marketing is expected to manage all aspects of the marketing function, including content marketing, email automation, PR/media outreach, earned media, analytics, lead scoring, among other tasks to communicate to decision-makers at Assembly businesses. Measures of Marketing Success The success of the Marketing Director will ultimately be measured by their ability to engage decision-makers at key businesses into becoming Assembly customers. Measures of success include quantitative metrics such as new customers, earned media pieces, and digital marketing engagement metrics such as email open and click-through rates, visits, content engagement, CTA interactions, and leads. Qualitative success measures for the function include Assembly's market perception within target businesses and positioning the Assembly brand as an influencer in the market.
