About this role

Marketing Operations Manager, Lead Funnel San Francisco The Asana Marketing Operations team is chartered with achieving revenue targets by optimizing the customer journey with technology, operational programs and actionable insights. We're seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to shape and optimize our Inbound Lead Funnel, ensuring seamless end-to-end infrastructure and operations. This role requires equal strength in technical systems and cross-functional process management. You'll partner with global marketing and sales leaders to implement and optimize lead scoring, routing, and workflows while enabling teams with reporting insights. This high-visibility position directly impacts revenue by ensuring every lead is properly captured, scored, routed and actioned while building scalable processes for our GTM organization. This role is based in either our San Francisco or New York City office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you'll achieve - Partner with global marketing, sales and technology teams on key lead funnel operations and provide critical performance insights that drive revenue growth. - Project manage large-scale projects, establishing project scope, goals, milestones, success metrics and stakeholder management. - Own technical infrastructure, including predictive scoring, funnel logic, lead routing, and data integrations across a multi-product ecosystem. - Report on funnel performance and recommend
