PRIMARY FUNCTION: Reporting to the Senior Regional Director, Los Angeles, the Director, Program and Operations serves as a strategic advisor and partner and is responsible for a broad range of strategic business initiatives, from development to successful execution, including decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. This role supervises project teams related to organizational strategy for ADL Regions in Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Orange County and San Diego.
