The Technical Support Manager will lead and manage a team of VMware by Broadcom technical support professionals, ensuring the team provides timely, best-in-class technical assistance to customers. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring service-level agreements (SLAs) are met, and providing coaching and guidance to team members. You have a true passion for teamwork, possess superb communication & organizational skills, and are comfortable with speaking to customers daily. Technical Support Managers lead and/or participate in several ongoing programs, projects & initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for solving customer problems.
