Perform Security OS pathing on Windows and Linux servers. Build and basic troubleshoot the Redhat Linux & Windows servers. Linux & AIX & Windows Day-to-day support. multipathing, LVM, & disk management in Linux and Windows servers. work on Printer issues on Windows & Linux. Linux directory permissions User access issues New File system and NFS /CIFS file system mount on both Windows & Linux servers. Excellent customer service skills Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows command lines Monitoring and maintaining system performance, security, and availability Managing user accounts and permissions Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on Windows & Linux servers. Monitoring alerts and respond accordingly. Monitor the infrastructure Alerts and action accordingly. Monitor the backup status and action accordingly. Alert Monitoring, Reporting, and Escalations process. monitor the system performance and ensure compliance with the security standards.
