Information Technology Support Engineer HK-Hong Kong (HKSTP Green 18) Position: Information Technology Support Engineer Job Description: Information Technology Support Engineer We are looking for a dedicated Information Technology Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to Manager, Information Technology, this is a full stack IT Infrastructure Support which offers exciting opportunity to demonstrate technical skills to support business strategy and the IT Applications within Arrow's facilities in Asia Pacific. This role will be based in our office in Science Park. The candidate will have great exposure working with stakeholders in Hong Kong and APAC. What You'll Be Doing Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support for Office and Warehouse users, addressing hardware, software, and OS issues Log, escalate, and resolve incidents using the ticketing system Maintain Windows and macOS devices, including computers, mobile devices, and printers Install, configure, and support operating systems, applications, peripherals, and Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) Manage user accounts and devices with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Intune Conduct basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi) Handle IT assets, onboarding/offboarding, hardware updates, and assist with IT projects and disaster recovery What We Are Looking For 4-year degree and 2-3 years IT experience with solid helpdesk or deskside support background Proficient in M365 Suite Knowledge of barcode equipment Able to work in both office and warehouse settings Works independently Strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills; user-oriented attitude Self-motivated, responsible, able to handle pressure Occasional overtime required What's In It For You At Arrow, we recognize
