The role combines problem-solving, technical know-how, and strong communication skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing: Provide technical support for Qualcomm-based platforms, focusing on Embedded Linux, Android, and wireless integration. Assist customers with board bring-up, image flashing (Linux and Android), system configuration, and debugging software/hardware interaction issues. Replicate customer environments to troubleshoot issues related to boot, connectivity, drivers, multimedia, and application behavior. Support Wi-Fi and Bluetooth integration across Linux and Android environments. Debug system-level issues using tools such as serial console, dmesg, logcat, ADB, and network analyzers. Assist in BSP customization, Yocto builds, Android image builds, and system optimization. Support multimedia use cases including camera integration, audio streaming, and video pipelines. Collaborate with Qualcomm FAEs and internal engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and issue resolution. Create structured technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and internal knowledge base materials. Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, supporting other Embedded Linux or wireless-based projects. Participate in technical workshops,
