Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors Project Engineer What You'll Be Doing Provide mechanical engineering support related to manufacturing equipment, systems, and plant processes Deliver daily technical support to assigned Value Streams and manufacturing operations Identify and execute process improvement, reliability, and cost reduction opportunities Design, manage, and execute capital projects with moderate to significant technical complexity Provide proactive technical assistance to operations and maintenance teams Actively participate as a Value Stream Team member to resolve common cause and special cause reliability issues Investigate operational and equipment problems by: Consulting with production personnel Analyzing operational and process data Recommending corrective actions Following through to evaluate effectiveness of implemented solutions Serve as owner of critical equipment, systems, and manufacturing processes within the plant Execute capital projects while maintaining agreed cost, schedule, and performance targets Serve as the primary plant contact for AWI Capital Project teams supporting the Pensacola facility Communicate plant needs, priorities, and critical issues to corporate project teams Apply Precision Maintenance concepts an
