Quality Control Utility - Arbuckle, CA Quality Control Utility - Arbuckle, CA This is an hourly position Position Summary: - This position offers an exciting opportunity for Quality Control in Rough Rice department of Rice Mill. Job Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to: - Duties include but are not limited to: - Protect the product and make sure all quality control checks are being done - Cross train and work in all departments - Assist in development of SOP's and Work Instructions - Train new hires - Can work overtime each day - Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures - Assist in completing JSA's - Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures. - Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values - Able to communicate with all levels of the organization - All other duties assigned by management Qualifications - Ability work under pressure, well with others - Good attendance - Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures - Basic Computer and Math skills - Respectful, positive attitude - Strong work ethic - Must be self-motivated - Must possess excellent leadership, team building, problem solving, time managing, and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - Bilingual is a plus Physical Requirements: - Walking and/or standing for extended periods of time - Working in environments at varying
