We're looking for a sharp, driven, and experienced Product Designer (flexible on leveling) to help shape and scale the next generation of Arc's platform. This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver meaningful features across our core cash management and capital products. You'll be expected to think strategically, move fast, and take full ownership of projects from idea to launch and beyond. You don't need to have many years of experience - but you do need to be curious, thoughtful, and relentless about solving customer problems.
