The Team AQR is looking for an exceptionally talented individual with 3-5 years of design experience to join our Marketing team. Your Role: Graphic Designer, Marketing We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join AQR's Marketing team. This role is responsible for translating complex financial concepts into clear, compelling, and brand-consistent visual materials across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional design skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include: - Designing and producing advanced Powerpoint presentations, including the use of animation - Developing high-quality marketing materials including: - One Pagers - Brochures - White papers - Event and conference materials - Creating website and digital assets (email, social, web graphics) - Creating branded charts, graphs, tables, icons and other infographics - Editing short form videos for social and web - Maintaining presentation templates and applying to new materials, focusing on brand guidelines and technical formatting - Maintaining and evolving brand standards across all visual mediums - Managing multiple projects simultaneously
