You will join a team dedicated to bringing Apollo to market at scale, tackling the complex challenges like safety, commercialization, and mass production to change the world for the better. JOB SUMMARY The Manufacturing Engineer serves as the critical bridge between product design and mass production. You are responsible for the technical development, validation, and launch of robust manufacturing processes for new hardware products. Your mission is to ensure that "what is designed" can be "built at scale" by defining the equipment, tooling, and process parameters required to meet rigorous quality, cost, and throughput targets. You will champion DFx (Design for Excellence) during early-stage development and lead technical root-cause analysis for any assembly-line roadblocks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES or KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Process Development & Validation: Define and qualify technical manufacturing processes and ensure processes meet yield and throughput targets. - DFM/DFA & Risk Mitigation: Lead Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Assembly (DFA) reviews with R&D.
