JOB SUMMARY The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for supporting day-to-day facility operations at an assigned location while coordinating with the central Facilities team in Austin. This role provides on-site oversight of facility activities, vendor access, and operational support to ensure the building environment remains safe, functional, and operational.This role operates independently at times and must be capable of addressing facility needs, coordinating vendors, and escalating issues appropriately when support from the central facilities team is required.The position remains hands-on and operational in nature, supporting facility tasks while maintaining visibility into the overall condition and functionality of the site. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES or KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Provide on-site oversight of daily facility operations at the assigned location - Perform hands-on facility support tasks including basic repairs, workspace setups, and building upkeep - Monitor building systems and identify facility issues requiring attention - Coordinate vendor
