Together, our goal is to ensure nothing stands in the way of our customers' connections with their devices. Join us and help build world-renowned wireless systems that connect customers to their world like never before. Join our Wireless Systems Design Validation Team, a dynamic group at the forefront of wireless innovation. We ensure that advanced wireless and PHY systems meet stringent design specifications and deliver optimal performance across critical functionalities, including Throughput, RvR, MIMO, OFDMA, Beamforming and Coexistence. Our work directly impacts the quality and reliability of next-generation wireless technologies, making us integral to the success of cutting-edge connectivity solutions. This is an opportunity to work with industry-leading engineers on complex technical challenges that shape the future of wireless communication. You will develop and execute comprehensive test methodologies for validating connectivity performance of state-of-the-art WiFi systems. Working closely with design engineers and system integration/test engineers, you will define requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive system optimization. Your responsibilities will span from automation framework development to hands-on lab testing, ensuring thorough validation of PHY/MAC functionality while maintaining robust test infrastructure for ongoing regression and continuous integration efforts. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum requirement of a bachelors degree Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems and IEEE 802.11
