We develop core wireless technologies, like our N1 networking chip, that power Wi‑Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and Thread-enhancing features like AirDrop and Personal Hotspot with speed and reliability. Our work touches every Apple device-from iPhone and iPad to AirPods, Apple Watch, and AirTag. We create seamless connections, enable immersive experiences, and help set industry standards. If you love solving complex technical problems and want to shape how people interact with technology, we'd love to have you on the team. As a Software Engineer in WTE, you'll design and build next‑generation wireless and connectivity solutions that bring Apple products to life. You'll work where hardware meets software-writing drivers, developing embedded firmware, and building full‑stack systems that deliver high performance with low power. Your work will impact hundreds of millions of users around the world. You'll design and develop drivers for custom wireless hardware You'll implement system‑level boot, reset, and recovery flows for wireless chipsets You'll build robust debug tools and diagnostic systems for complex wireless platforms You'll develop full‑stack solutions for inter‑chip communication Optimize data paths for maximum speed and minimal latency Debug and resolve critical issues across the technology stack Collaborate closely with hardware, OS, and technology teams Minimum Qualifications: You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience You have 3+ years of experience
