Join the dynamic Sustaining Product Quality Engineering team! We partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and AppleCare teams to ensure our customers continue to have the best experience possible! Own and drive key quality metrics for all sustaining programs Bring up strategic manufacturing sites across different geographies with OEM partners Plan field readiness for new product launch partnering with AppleCare and engineering, including planning and driving Early Field Failure Analysis (EFFA) Monitor customer experience metrics in the field, quality metrics at OEM sites, and work on quality critical issues Collect and analyze data to identify emerging quality issues, and assess impact of corrective actions Lead weekly Quality Improvement Forums to drive ongoing product improvements with multi-functional partners including Manufacturing, AppleCare, and Engineering teams Lead critical quality issues investigations,
