As Marcom's technology arm, Marcom Platforms & Services (MP&S) is an IS&T team specializing in advertising, marketing, production, social, and operations technology capabilities. We bridge creative storytelling with technical excellence, enabling seamless consumer experiences across owned and partner channels. Marcom and MP&S are working cross-functionally to build the future of marketing communications through innovative solutions. Apple Marcom's Digital Asset Management program operates on a comprehensive platform that houses a diverse range of marketing assets, including static and moving images, video, copy, and emerging formats. In this role, you will collaborate with Marcom and a wide spectrum of Apple business groups. Our user base comprises content authors, publishers, creatives, designers, art directors, researchers, writers, strategists, and product owners. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative and cutting-edge improvements across the Asset Management portfolio. These improvements will encompass Search, Metadata, and Taxonomy enhancements, automation capabilities, and the scaling of global infrastructure to unprecedented levels. The Retail and Marcom Engineering team manages turnkey solutions at scale that form the backbone of Marketing platforms powering Apple Marketing. The Digital Asset Management team manages a customized OpenText based Asset Management solution housing a wide variety of Marketing Assets.
