Software QA Engineer, Wireless Technologies & Ecosystems Cupertino, United States of America Join our Connectivity, Cell and Satellite team and drive innovation that matters! Our Connectivity, Cell and Satellite QA team is looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent problem solving and communication skills. You will take an active role in shaping the quality of our software. This will demand deep integration with our development engineers, creating test plans, bug reporting and triaging, identifying automation opportunities and working on Developing/maintaining AI based Automation Framework/solutions, and supporting design reviews. You will join a dynamic team responsible for qualifying the Cellular features on Apple's innovative devices. You'll help us identify holes in coverage, actively sync with multi-functional teams to reduce duplication, foster better testing, and resist regressions to deliver high-quality releases. Validate features manually and with automation. Drive quality and champion bug fixes, working closely with development teams to identify root cause and provide debugging information. Collaborate with cross functional teams to get requirements. Design comprehensive test plans for new features, factoring in technical details and the customer experience. Enhance and maintain Agentic/Generative AI based automation solution. Triage for any discrepancies as well as monitor and drive customer issues. Bring up, perform regular maintenance and debugging of test setups and XCUITest and python based test scripts. Complete both documented and
