Reporting to the Sr. Manager, WW Global Freight Planning Logistics and Operations, the Worldwide Logistics Operations Program Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the Global air and ocean logistics operations strategy, performance metrics to support Finished Goods and Apple care supply chains. This role leads end-to-end operational excellence across Air, Ocean and Ground networks driving performance, visibility, risk mitigation, and progress toward Apple's 2030 carbon neutrality commitments. Key Responsibilities-- Global Freight Strategy & Execution Define and drive global air, ocean, multi-mode operations strategy in partnership with regional logistics and BPR teams. Partner with regional logistics and procurement teams, to establish lead time SLA's and service levels for both Air and Ocean. Partner with WW Supply Demand Management to establish service level for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Business as Usual (BAU) products. Centralize “Eyes on Freight” visibility and standardize execution management across AMR, EMEIA, APAC. Strong focus on lead-time optimization, and service performance improvements. Monitor global market conditions and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
