We are searching for an experienced and talented engineer to join our exciting team of innovators. In this role, you will be a key member of the Systems Engineering team working on mobility control features for 5G and 6G wireless communication systems. Scope different mobility control procedures, identify the performance trade-offs and design innovative control procedures. Identify dependencies between physical layer and upper layers to optimize control concepts. Take part in cross feature impact analysis. Determine how a physical layer procedure impacts other procedures and strive for a jointly optimized algorithm. Consider end-user experience and scalability aspects as a part of algorithm design. Support hardware and software development teams from design through commercialization via defining test procedures and debug methodologies. Minimum Qualifications: BS and 10+ years of relevant experience is required. Good understanding of 5G-NR standard: RRC and PHY specifically. In-depth knowledge of Wireless Communication Systems.
