As an Apple NAND Q&R Engineer, you will shape the future of Apple's mass storage architecture by leveraging your coding, data analytics, and Q&R engineering expertise. You'll integrate statistical insight with hardware quality and reliability data to optimize flash memory technologies and influence how Apple devices achieve industry-leading performance and reliability. Working across EPM, product engineering, test, and supplier teams, you'll help translate complex data into actionable reliability improvements and next-generation product solutions. Drive vendor NAND die development to meet Apple's standards for quality and reliability. Lead collaborative investigations of NAND device quality and reliability issues using data-driven root-cause analysis. Present trend analyses, risk assessments, and technical recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership. Apply statistical modeling and data visualization techniques to detect anomalies and guide issue resolution. Develop and implement automated scripts and tools (Python, SQL, or similar) to analyze NAND device quality and reliability data at scale.
