About this role

Module Process Engineer Sunnyvale, United States of America Apple is seeking a highly motivated process development and integration engineer to join the Display Technologies Organization, Panel Process and Optics (PPO) Engineering team. Our team is responsible for developing innovative manufacturing process technologies to address complex design challenges that directly impact Apple Displays technology's future products, quality, and delivery. In this role, the individual will serve as a key focal point in the process development and integration of advanced display modules, from the concept and architecture stages through product engineering validation builds. We operate at a fast pace and require everyone to be highly motivated. A successful candidate should be a flexible thinker capable of problem-solving beyond their technical area. As a Module Process Engineer, you'll drive the display or optical module process end to end, from proof-of-concept to volume manufacturing. Translate design requirement and features into detailed module EQ and process develop schedules, deliver process in predictable, timely manner. Perform design and process FMEA and focus on high-risk items to plan the development work. Work with multi-functional teams to communicate the risks and priorities the work Generate and maintain documentation of specifications, manufacturing, test and FA processes. Work with module supply vendors, and develop processes for display or optical modules and help with failure analysis activities. About 10-20% international travel to work with vendors in factories Minimum Qualifications: B.S.
