Apple's Market Research and Analytics team, part of Worldwide Product Marketing, is looking for a survey data analyst to provide critical customer insights that will shape our product and marketing strategies. We're looking for a practitioner who is an expert in analytics and data science, understands innovative research methodologies, and has extensive experience translating complex data into clear business insights. If you have a passion for understanding consumer behavior and a proven track record of using data to solve business problems, we want to hear from you. As a Market Research Data Analyst, you will own the data analysis lifecycle, from ensuring data quality to delivering streamlined analysis. Your work will directly support important decisions and help enhance Apple's market research capabilities by turning raw data into actionable recommendations. Conduct robust analysis of survey data, including data cleaning, weighting, statistical testing, and generating crosstabs. Partner closely with Research Managers, Survey Programmers, and Database Marketing teams to execute on the programming, testing, sampling, and distribution of surveys. Design and run A/B tests to refine questionnaires, ensuring research questions are translated into measurable and effective survey metrics.
