We are a highly multi-functional team working in a hands-on environment that values creativity, engineering excellence, and passion for innovation. New challenges arise every single day that require the sharp analytical skills of versatile and forward-thinking individuals. We are seeking a finite element analyst to help us model complex physics and assess design concepts before they come to the real world. The ultimate responsibility of this role is to enhance our understanding of complex physics, which includes building accurate FEA models that empower the design team to uncover design weaknesses during concept development, or identifying root cause to engineering failures when physical measurement is challenging. Prepare finite element models of haptics modules based on 3D CAD from the design team Validate the design against appropriate loads, including but not limited to static loads, dynamic stresses, and thermal-mechanical stresses Summarize the analysis results into high-quality reports and effectively communicate the findings to cross-functional partners Provide design feedback to the design team based on analysis results Own and drive experimental validation of the analysis results Communicate multi-functionally and throughout the management structure on a regular basis Manage and track multiple priorities within schedule
