This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation. As a Finance Transformation Manager, you won't just oversee programs - you'll lead a team of high-performing Program Managers to architect the financial infrastructure that powers a complex, global business ecosystem. You'll drive high-impact, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that modernize how the Finance organization operates at scale, with a particular focus on Treasury and Corporate Tax transformation. A core part of this role is championing the "why" - building compelling, rigorous business cases that articulate the value and strategic rationale for investing in transformation in specific areas, and ensuring your team of Program Managers delivers against those business cases with discipline and accountability. You'll set the standard for best-in-class process analysis and program management practices, and ensure the team communicates roadmaps and strategy with clarity and conviction at all levels of the organisation - including presenting to CFO staff.
