From Apple Pay to the Apple website to our data centers around the globe, you'll help design and manage the massive systems that countless employees and customers rely on every day. We are seeking an organized, analytical Executive Administrative Assistant with strong business judgment to provide comprehensive support to the Retail Engineering leader and their global teams. You'll connect with people across functions and levels, blending direct support with independent problem-solving. The successful candidate will multitask and prioritize incoming requests without requiring close supervision, performing a wide range of administrative duties and project work: Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Retail Engineering leader and their global teams. Calendar & Meeting Management: Proactively manage complex calendars, prioritizing inquiries, resolving scheduling conflicts, and coordinating multi-executive, multi-location meetings (in-person/virtual) with sound judgment. Travel & Expense Management: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for select team members and facilitate expense reporting. Project & Event Coordination: Manage diverse projects with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
