For global accounts - adherence to GBoR renewal metrics. Ensure completeness of pre-renewal documents prior to RFP Fully support collaboration with the advisory/BD/talent and advisory teams to drive growth through upselling and cross selling activities Client Ownership Developing client relationships positively influencing client retention by at least 95%. Positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review value proposition to increase overall partnership position. Operational Excellence Ensure adherence to Aon Broker's Guide and Achieve compliance with Operational Excellence and Data Management KPIs ("Aon Commitments"). Adhere to Client Service Plan/SLA by accurate and timely delivery of cards, medex, underwriting decisions and endorsements. Adherence to invoice management (complete, accurate and timely invoice) - overdue renewals, booking TAT and zero un-invoiced transactions. Adherence to TBS requirements (UAT and plan management - updated every renewal based on agreed metric). Adherence to e-filing system following ABG requirements.
