Reps & Warranties Broker New York, New York Reps & Warranties M&A - Insurance Broker The New York office of Aon is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Broker to join our Dynamic transactional insurance M&A and Transaction Solutions team. You will work directly with senior members of the Representations & Warranty and Tax teams in the placement and negotiation of sophisticated transactional insurance products on behalf of private equity and corporate clients, gaining hands-on experience, industry leading training and mentorship in a fast-paced M&A environment. This position offers a broad range of responsibilities over corporate transactions at the intersection of mergers & acquisitions, legal risk assessment and insurance underwriting. Candidates should possess the ability to get along with and advise business, financial and legal persons throughout the deal cycle. Candidate must have a strong academic record, excellent analytical and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently with clients and colleagues. In addition, the candidate must be a proven self-starter willing to take on a good deal of responsibility with the ability to problem solve and advise clients involved in sophisticated transactions.
