Product Director – Property and Construction Sydney, Australia Product Director - Property and Construction The Aon Australia Commercial Risk Product and Platforms team manages the strategic direction and tactical priorities of platform and product developments. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Sydney office. What the day will look like Provide product and technical leadership across Property and/or Construction (short tail products) Understand market dynamics (with respect to product) and the impact on Aon's revenue, finding opportunities to improve GTMS Assess and refine product offerings across different channels and their revenue implications Ensure product is aligned with internal governance and regulatory standards, Review and maintain the carrier panel with the GTMS, ensuring product offerings and pricing remain competitive Triage insurer-imposed derogations and manage carriers around product integrity and compliance thereto Advocate, educate and promote Aon products ensuring improved E&O and contract certainty for clients Conduct SWOT analysis of Aon's products versus major external competitors, defining strategic positioning Ensure Aon products are fit for purpose, commercially viable and align with client or industry risk profile (where appropriate) Lead the development (and refresh) of new and existing policy wordings and conduct cost-benefit
