About this role

Managing Director, Investment Banking New York, New York Managing Director - Investment Banking This role requires a minimum of 3 days per week working in our New York City office. Aon is looking for a Managing Director in Aon Securities, our investment banking group. This role will be responsible for originating, structuring, and marketing transactions to provide debt-related financing and capital for insurance companies. Close collaboration with all members of the Aon Securities team, including its catastrophe bond practice, and other key groups within Aon's reinsurance business will be key. This individual will possess demonstrated expertise over a broad range of solutions for insurance and reinsurance clients. They will have led numerous transactions, preferably with an emphasis on insurance-linked securities domestically and internationally. This role requires a track record of successfully sourcing, managing, and executing complex transactions over extended timeframes. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to sophisticated clients regarding cat bonds, sidecars, general financing, and other matters.
