What the day will look like You will focus on supporting a team who are educating clients on risk and insurance products, submitting, and brokering business, presenting, and closing opportunities and servicing accounts. Key responsibilities will include: Manage a Small Business Insurance portfolio of new and existing clients Achieve personal and team revenue targets within identified markets - working to clear KPI's and targets across Acquisition and Retention Research the market to develop a good understanding of client needs, industry risk and business environment Negotiate new & renewal terms with underwriters Partner with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations Multi-tasking whilst navigating a range of technologies Collaborating and sharing knowledge with colleagues across the team and business Work within company policy, compliance, laws and regulations Participate in training and coaching sessions to develop technical knowledge Support all aspects of the workload of high-volume quotations, inbound/outbound calls, emails and Salesforce leads Interface with prospects through several channels, such as Salesforce Software, and inbound and outbound phone calls How this opportunity is different You will be onboarded and coached by a team of expert professionals.
