Director, Client Management (Treaty) Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Director, Client Management (Treaty) The Director, Client Management (Treaty) will be responsible for servicing Aon Reinsurance Solutions' clients by providing high‑quality advice and reinsurance solutions that optimize clients' portfolios. The role serves as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and reinsurers, supporting both transactional placements and ongoing technical advisory needs. The Director will partner with internal groups such as Analytics, Technical Account Management, and Client Services. They are encouraged to foster and sustain positive relationships with clients and reinsurers to strengthen Aon's market position and promote new business opportunities. What the day will look like Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and reinsurers on all treaty-related matters. Build and strengthen strong working relationships with key decision-makers at client and reinsurer organizations. Proactively identify client needs and opportunities to contribute through reinsurance, capital, and risk advisory solutions. Lead strategic account planning and ensure delivery of agreed client service plans. Reinsurance Needs Analysis Gathering and review client information (e.g., underwriting data, portfolio performance, exposure details).
