About the role As an Enterprise Account Executive, Manufacturing & Automotive based in Seoul, you'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI technology across Korea's manufacturing and automotive industries. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working with senior leaders at OEMs, tier-1 suppliers, and industrial manufacturers to help them accelerate R&D, optimize production operations, and transform engineering and knowledge work with Anthropic's AI solutions. Responsibilities: - Own and exceed revenue targets by winning new accounts and expanding relationships across Korea's major automotive OEMs, tier-1 and tier-2 suppliers, heavy industry manufacturers, electronics and semiconductor manufacturers, shipbuilding and heavy-equipment companies, and industrial equipment producers - Build and execute territory plans, identifying high-value opportunities across passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle OEMs, automotive parts suppliers, industrial machinery manufacturers, semiconductor and electronics producers, battery and EV component makers, and materials/chemicals companies - Lead consultative sales processes with senior stakeholders - including chief engineers, R&D directors, heads of digital transformation, manufacturing engineering leaders, connected-vehicle and software-defined vehicle (SDV) leads, and plant operations executives - positioning AI as a driver for engineering productivity, design and simulation acceleration, supply chain intelligence, factory
